My buddy and I do a week long fishing trip each year, thinking about switching lakes and trying Cayuga next year. Any thoughts on where/when if we want to go after smallmouth?

what time of year do you go? Makes a difference.. majority of smallmouth water is mid lake to south end.
Really not set on a time yet, anywhere from April thru August. Just trying to gather information so we can pick a good time and location on the lake.

best smallmouth fishing would be end may to end june if looking for just smallies will wanna concentrate mid to south end of the lake.Originally Posted by bdog7198
