If you are unfamiliar with the lake I would concentrate midlake(above the 208 bridge) on up the two arms. Lots of visible cover. Many, many boat docks mid lake. Up the North Anna arm alot of shore line grass to flip, spinnerbait or frog. Up the Pamunkey alot of rocky shore line and points.

    Good luck, HP

What he said, plus senko type baits in/around the cover/structure and docks.

Fish are in the grass in both of the river arms, spinnerbait right against the edges. Christopher Run, Duck in Hole, and main lake grass are all producing well right now. The spawn is all but over, you might find some late spawners but they will be smaller. Upper lake in the river arms is stained, down lake is pretty clear right now. If you like the clearer water, I would focus on Rockwell creek and Valentine Creek, fish the stumps in 5 to 10 feet of water with a shakey head, or over them early with topwater.

+1, not my favorite, but I can't deny it catches fish when I'm in a bind.
