    Banana's in the boat

Ok I thought I would share this because some of you know better and I don't. But after this weekend I won't ever again. Here's the run down of my clubs first tx weekend.
Friday 2 banana's...Get to the lake to prefish, first boat in the parking lot, water was glass couldn't wait, had a long time friend with me who I haven't fished with in over 4-5 years. Drop the boat in the trolling motor only lake and guess what NO POWER TO THE TROLLING MOTOR It wouldn't move or do anything. My buddy looks at me and said why does this happen when I get in the boat with you. Get it working somehow(loose connection I think). We had fun and caught 6 keepers.

Sunday Tx day...2 banana's..... I get there in plenty of time no rush until mother nature calls me to the bathroom, end up last to launch ...At some point dropped my cell phone(those that know me I really need that to run my mouth ) so this lady calls my buddy and she turns it in. So I get in the boat and start trolling waaaaaaay behind the floatila of boats doing 3.5 mph, look back and run aground on a flat and almost eject me into a foot of water(prolly would of broke my neck). Welllll after sucking all day and got beat to my first spot, I only caught 2 keepers all day 3 shorts, ton of pickerel. So end of the day tired and beat down from the whooopin I just took. I get my phone back and turn and run all the way to the truck and the battery is DEAD(I left the interior lights on"rushing") so now here I am with this pretty clean as an whistle truck that won't start ...Damn what a day

DISCLAIMER: NO BANANA'S EVER ALLOWED IN EITHER ONE OF MY BOATS

Long story but entertaining to say the least.
Oh yeah and the winning weight was 7.39 2nd was 7.32 and I got 5th with 3.22, out 15 boats. Didn't know I made the top five with 2 dinks
