All of the above. Staying focused is my biggest obstacle but I think if any of the others are dropped, you still arent going to have a very good day.

none compares to knowledge. i guess that would be included in all of the above. You can stay focused all you want but if you are focused on the wrong thing you can come up empty
Water Depth is the best thing. If you figure out what depth they are at then the rest will fall in place.
I would say adapting as the day changes is the most important thing in being consistent. Most people if they catch a few fish early will try the same tactic all day or even worse try the exact way they caught them in practice all day without much luck and never change up. I myself struggle with fishing off historic places i caught them in the past instead of finding where they are that day.
All of the above play a factor, but I'd also have to throw in a 20% = luck....just my opinion. Some people have a ton of luck. Skills help them get lucky, but some people get the breaks! I know this because when I do well.....it is luck! Im not lucky often.

Pattern and area for me...no need ot be focused if you aint got any fishy fishy fish.
