at least 400 right now. They sold new for 600.00 and then they came down as the HDS units came out. I say go for it. It should be a good deal if its not scratched on the screen and has everything incl. manual to make it run right. Offer the guy 350.00 see if he bites..
I'd look around a bit, i've seen some LCX 26 and 27 going for $600 - $700.00
I agree, I'd wait him out a bit. Heck, you can get a used HDS-5 for a little over 500 now.
Watch ebay... I picked up this LCX-28C and LCG300 puck for less than 500. All I had to get was the ducer and a cable.
Pick up a hots maps EAST on there for $46....
Hell of an upgrade from the X135 I was using...
