    Snow Cream

Who's gonna make some and what's your recipe!

And no, not the yellow kind!!!

    Snow Ice Cream Recipe #1
This is a classic recipe that works really well because the sweetened condensed milk is thick and helps hold quickly melting snow together.
•1 gallon or big bowl of clean snow (if you like, you can put the bowl outdoors to collect it as it falls)
•1 14-oz can of sweetened condensed milk
    •1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix the ingredients together and eat the snow ice cream.

    Snow Ice Cream Recipe #2
•1 gallon or big bowl full of snow
    •1 cup sugar
    •1 tsp vanilla extract
    •1 cup cream or milk

Joyce, you obviously forgot to take the drugs from your last bust to the evidence room! Terri and I will stick to our Blue Bunny.

    Re: Snow Cream (BassnCop)

My wife makes me set "the good" champaign glasses out on the porch railing so they can fill up with fresh snow. Then, she spoons it in. Funniest thing I have ever seen when it comes to snow..........Well, second only to the plastic bags on the kids feet. We always called 'em snow boots for a reason

I'v made it both ways. When I use eggs I cook it into a custard and let it cool before puttiing in the snow.

    Re: Snow Cream (bassnva123)

I tried this without the rum using the sweetened condensed milk for the first time. I really liked it. I had always used whole milk. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
