Conditions on the Nottoway are deteriorating fast. Water was two feet higher this morning at 0700 than it was yesterday, and it's supposed to rise another two foot by tomorrow morning. And it was ripping pretty hard up here yesterday as it was. Looks like it's over for about the next week or so.
