Sonic Hub 2 Will Not Hold Power

I recently had a sonic hub 2 installed on my 2022 Phoenix 721. We cannot get the sonic hub box to hold power for whatever reason. My dealer installed it and its been hooked up to the power switch on the dash as well as wired directly into my sea clear power harness with a fuse and neither one will keep it powered up. It was working occasionally, but now it has quit all together. When I click the "audio" page on my HDS 12 Live it doesnt give me the option to turn the Sonic Hub on at all. The "power button" is there, but it is greyed out and will not allow me to push it to turn the box on. Is there anything I can check or try to do with it? This is my first one so I am not SUPER familiar with it, but it seems pretty easy to operate when it actually works. Any ideas?

Yellow wire hooked to the switch on the dash? I had mine hooked to the yellow wire to the hds units and it wouldnt stay on random shut off. Hooked yellow wire to 12v thru a switch and problem solved.

It was hooked to the switch and is currently direct wired into my sea clear harness now same thing happening on both. It makes me think something is up with the box and I need to get with Lowrance to warranty it maybe
