FXR 2021 NOT RUNNING SO GOOD ANY SUGGESTIONS

Well here it is my new to me FXR 2021 Demo I bought this year and first time out live in the northeast . So head out the first time water temp 39 lets say so of course let her warm up now not my first time in a boat had 3 others before this and put the hammer down on the peddle to get what I would say bouged down let off and did it again . Hummm so stepped on the peddle like an egg under my foot and she went ran great came to a stop and hit again she Bouged down but once again feathered it and she took off better , So of course I call my dealer he says it shouldn't do that at all so look for gas line kink I did can't find any . calling back today so any body have any suggestions I can throw at him Thanks sick to my stomach

Could just be, since it was a demo, the fuel in the tanks turned south. On the other hand, maybe it's something mechanical. I would assume buying a 2021 demo from a dealer wouldn't come "as is". Get it back to them and let them figure it out.

Suggest trying to just open the gas cap for a moment to vent. There have been some cases where that has helped similar situations.

If it works better after opening the gas cap, then the gas tank was overfilled. If that happened then fuel got into the vents charcoal canister, which will not be covered under warranty. Maybe by the dealership if you can prove that the owner prior is the one that did it.

Problem fixed , The fuel line in the black tube from boat to motor was getting pinched and had to rearrange it so when the jack plate went up and down wouldn't do it again . Thank goodness
