Upgrading questions Helix 9 and 12

Gonna upgrade 2006 boat and planning Helix 9 SI at console with Helix 12 DI on bow. I found a great price on a 12 DI but its G3N. I plan on adding 360 at a later date. Gonna get a 4GN at console for nmea network with SI xducr at transom.

does console unit have a display for engine data? want to confirm i can network engine data on nmea network w Helix 9 G4N

want to confirm i can add 360 to Helix 12 G3N DI unit at bow?

are there any problems you guys see with this setup? i’ve always liked a simple 2D transducer glued inside my bilge to get depth while running 30+ mph. Is there any way to have these 3 different transducers with only 2 helix units?

1. Yes, any generation Helix 9 and any model==2D, DI, or SI.

2. Yes, either original or MEGA 360

3. You connect the shoot-thru and SI transducer to the display with the 9 M SIDB Y cable==very common installation if you have a suitable hull for a shoot-thru installation.
