Sweet! Any word on when they will be adding the fish??
Are the attractors being dumped “ haphazardly “, like at Monroe,
or placed with some purpose and gps coordinates?
I know nothing more that this email from DNR. If DNR was on the ball, they would give a earlier email for people to plan out working
This is great… but I don’t think I’ve ever caught a fish off any public fish attractor. Still an advocate of it though.
Rend Lake ( Illinois), is a prime example that the IDNR could copy
some of their techniques.
1) the material s used to make the habitat, or cribs.
2) how they mark their habitat (gps), available thru their website to down load.
Im not sure if the Rend Lake tourism board does this or the Illinois dnr?
Ive caught crappie off of their cribs.
now if they would add some fish . that would be great as well .

If you go to Projects..look for “This interactive map”. Open it. Enlarge to show Patoka and it will show all the various types and placement of attractors in the lake. https://www.in.gov/dnr/fish-and-wild...ement-program/ Read further down and there is a gpx file you can download also.
