Worst ramp on the river in my opinion. Low tide you have to get in the water, it's a flat one.

Levi, in case you didn't do the mapquest thing, take rt 5 past the bridge, then turn on the 1st road on the right (Wilcox Neck). Keep going till you go past a church on your left, and you will go up a short steep hill while turning left. Then start looking for wilcox neck road again. It's weird, but it turns off to the right. Then go down till you see the signs.

Yes, the ramp is pretty bad, especially @ low tide.

    1) very nasty from the marina boats pumping their bilges
    2) low water (I have to launch as close to the pier as possible so I can step from the truck to the pier and back - front tires are in the water @ low tide, and if you know my rig, it ain't short)
    3) the ramp is not really level, and it's hard to get the trailer sitting level for loading
    4) $8 launch fee
    5) not much room for more than 1 rig to manuever to launch at a time
    6) if you back in past the end of the dock (almost have to at low tide), it drops off very quickly to 12+ plus
