Winterizing my 1994 Johnson 150 Fast Strike

I've done this before but only to the older motors.

My question is when I hook up the fogging oil, where should the red tab be positioned? Right now it's straight down. Should I leave it there or do I need to rotate it to another position then put it back when I'm done.

    Thanks.
