I had the power head on my 250 SHO replaced under warranty in 2018. Yhe first 2 years it was good. This year it is making oil (gas in oil). Is there anything I can do to reset the rings? Is there an oil additive that would help? Please help!

Run the hell out the motor and see if it improves.
Run Ring Free and run the hell out of the motor.
Have the dealer decarbon the motor.
Oh, first check the thermostats to make sure they are working correctly.
