2004 Evinrude 225ho Lower Unit Skeg

I was runnin the river 4 weeks ago and hit a piece of drift. When I got back to the ramp, I noticed about 2 inches of the skeg was cracked. No other damage to the prop or shaft, but today that 2 inch section departed. Would like to know what would be the best sleeve to slip over this? Got to big tournaments in the next month and need a quick fix until the season is over and I can get a new one put on. Thanks for any replies.
