Wish you could have, too!! I finally got the nerve to approach all the dogs next door. What sweethearts! They were so excited and happy, they could not sit still what for kissing and jumping.
I met the owner. He is still alive......but that is not my choice. Poor critters....
Did you pet the big one...........poor guy with that huge logging chain holding him back. He would get all excited when I'd pet him.
Yes, I petted him and the big brindle female. I need to approach the "red" female, too....She had the "dugs" from just having had puppies...
The black male is smart. He approached me, licked my hand, and turned his back to me to scratch him...all the while with his head turned to kiss me...
The brindle female was so excited that she could not hold still, but I could pet her. I will try to work with her a bit next trip....and also try to approach the red gal. The owner (
