Any transducers with in 18" of the center line of the boat? Has your dealer fuel tested your motor for fuel delivery issues? Not sure what the plant has said to you have you asked your dealer to contact tech services to schedule a visit from the area TSR?

Did the dealer use the BRP fuel tester? Something seems a miss in your set up. Anti-siphon valves out of the tanks? 3/8" ID fuel lines back to motor? No TH marine selector switch? There was a bad batch of them.

Scanning through your posts I don't see any mention of what the shop found if/when they disaasembled the blown powerheads - does the damage point to fuel, oil or other problems? Seems like this would be a logical way to proceed given the number of failures, or even a single failure.
