225 OX66 Coned Lower with Low Water Pickup

I have a 1993 19"3" Intimidator with a 225 OX66 that I am trying to get set up correctly. It chine walks way worse than my 206 used to when I had it. I managed to get it up to 75 GPS at 6000rpm the other day one time before the water got a little choppy. After that, I could only get it to the mid to upper 60"s before it got all squirrely. I probably need to call Mark Croxton and talk to him about my two props. Anyway...to get to the point here, at 2.5" PTP I have about 20psi water pressure at WOT. If I bump it up the least little bit above that, water pressure drops instantly. Has anyone had Bob's machine cone an OX66 with their low water pickup and is it worth the time, effort or money?

Find a HPDI lower. A little higher ratio but it will solve the water pickup issue. Cj

H.T. has a stud kit that will make the install a bolt on. CJ
They may even have a reman lower reasonable.

Speaking of lowers, I am looking for HPDI 1.75 lower 20" for my 08 250.
My 250 has an OX66 1.81 lower..in perfect condition.
I am in Ontario Canada, haven't had any luck finding the HPDI lower...
