Thrust Washers? 1 Piece or 2 Piece? Yamaha Prop or Turbo FXP Prop??????

2010 SHO 250 - Spun a hub this past weekend. When I took the FXP prop off I noticed it had thrust washer that looked liked this.

I found the box to the now bad hub kit (Guardian SQ-LOK Hub Kit #DE-505), which was installed in the FXP. I opened the box and there was a thrust washer that looks like this, in the box.

    Questions:
    1. Which thrust washer should have been used with the FXP and Guardian Hub Kit? (#DE-505)
    2. Now that the hub is done, what hub kit do I need for the FXP? Turbo Hub Kit MAR-D505H-UB-00? Flo-Torq 8M0075402? Flo-Torq 835274Q 1?
    3. Should I be running a different thrust washer for each prop? If so, which one for the Yamaha prop and which one for the FXP?

Not sure but I have a hpdi. My vmax yamaha prop came with the top washer. No kit needed. I also have a TXP Turbo prop that came with a hub kit and with it the bottom washer. So it looks like your FXP prop was using the wrong washer....? Should have been using the washer you found in the box....? That's why it spun.....?
