HELP!!!!! no accessories

i got my boat out of storage and like other post i read the, control pad doesn't work. 2006 ranger z19 225hp mercury.
so i bought a new key pad and nothing. bought a new battery and nothing. the horn,nav.lights,livewell,interior lights and the pad at the bow doesnt work either.i have power to the brain box and i have power coming out of it and power going to key pad.i tried resetting the breaker-unplugging everything and disconnecting the battery and hooking everything back uo in different sequences.i feel like it something small but i dont know what.

Battery cut off switch, Perko battery selector switch all on ?

Yes !! Follow the POS cable from the battery toward the front. The switch should be in the Bilge area on the Starboard side. Mine looks like a Breaker in an electric house panel.
