    Bought some today

I started a half position in ARKK and added a very small position of ARKG and LIN. If this market keeps dropping I may be able to cross some more names off my list. Bought Pepsi a few days ago for my boring stock purchase

I should probably go ahead and get into it too. Good buy I'd say

Geee, I wish I could say that this past week some of my positions were boring, but, I definitely lost some weight to the tune of 28K. Let's hope that the new month brings back some sense of stability, or I am going to start wearing my racing helmet with HANS attached to prevent whiplash.

I started following and watching TSLA bears to hear their side of the story because even I know that I'm probably too much of a TSLA fanboy. So I needed some balance. These people are flat out rooting for Cathie Wood and Ark Invest to fail. They don't like the idea that she was right on TSLA.

The reason why Ark Invest is such a good investment, imo, is because they are full of bright young minds. The younger minds are able to see the future. The older minds see future tech as science fiction, and the younger minds see science fiction as why not.

I would recommend everyone spend some time watching and reading ARKs big ideas videos and literature on their website and on YouTube. AI, Deep learning, neural networks, genomics are the future

I watch her on YouTube and that was one of the reasons I decided to buy. She is definitely managing the ETF for the long term. There was a news story a few days ago where a company is using 3D printing to build houses for half the price in half the time. Given the rising costs of materials, labor and the scarcity of affordable homes this could be the new Levitown. The developer will be building a development od 3d homes in New York State sometime soon.

    Nitro,
I did watch that story about 3D printing to build new home. Being a former builder myself, I know very well the rising cost of everything in construction. Problem that I see with it is local and state building codes applications, and site accessibility. Back 20 yrs ago, I partnered with a poured basement company, and sometime we had to manually move forms to pour sites, even when I personally installed a temp access entrance, which it is all additional cost.
BTW, I watched them doing a ranch style house, and I am sure a 2 story could turn out to be a real PITA, even stick build, depending on the customer's ideas, especially roof line and custom trusses. I am done with building, and currently selling my last section of a subdivision that is 42 residential lots with all utilities at road for only 350K.
