Anyone else having an extremely hard time getting ahold of their parts department? I have tried 3 days in a row now but emailed them and get an email saying to call.

I called this morning and got on after about 2 minutes. They are open.
Same here. Called this afternoon and was only on hold for a couple of minutes. The parts rep I spoke too (Paula) was having some phone issues, though. I also spoke to Marsha and had no problems there.
This may be a little off base, but I've had much better luck using email to contact them. Use the email "parts@fishingholdings.com" . I also address the email to the attn of someone who I've been working with as well. They can receive attachments like photos via email as well.

Gotta be patient when calling for sure(not my strong-suit), but when you do get through, still great customer service![]()
Nice people. Expensive parts.....nice people.
Just got my new fender ordered....no problem, in fact she called me to let me know all was taken care of.
I called a couple weeks before Christmas. Waited a little on hold, but super helpful and recieved my new gauge quickly.

Took me three weeks to get someone to respond for a replacement water pressure gauge. Warranty issue. Finally got a response from Bass Pro in Myrtle Beach. Then over a month to receive the replacement gauge. I did emails and phone calls.
