    LakeFront Lodge in Zapata

Anyone stay at LakeFront Lodge on Falcon? Curious what the rooms/parking/cleanliness were like. Also wonder what shape the ramp is in.
    Thanks!

Re: LakeFront Lodge in Zapata (Klinger N Ok)

We usually stay at Oso Blanco, nothing fancy; however, the rooms have always been real clean. They have a ramp right behind the rooms, though it has been unusable for some time now due the the low water conditions. The county ramp is about 5 minutes from it.

I stayed at the Lake Front Lodge three days last month. Room was huge for the price and fairly clean. The shower wasn't incredibly clean and we found some dead bugs in it, but at the rate we paid, I didn't care too much. The room had a good sized fridge, cable TV, crappy internet, microwave, and actual sink. It's in a sketchy location IMO, with not much lighting and back off the road quite a bit. With all of that said, I WOULD stay there again at the rate they charge. Ramp wasn't open when I was there. Good luck. We're heading back down there in a couple of weeks, I think.

All that money saved will be needed for gas the way things are going. The lady I talked to said at the rate the lake was coming up, their ramp might be open in a week or two.
    Can't wait till Good Friday!!!
