Yup, there's a good trick for that. Make a frame outta 2" PVC pipe filling it with expanding foam insulation in case it leaks. Wire tie hardware cloth or chicken wire across it on the bottom. If you can tie it off on 2 sides you you can keep it where you want and retrieve it when needed. Wire tie the animal to the mesh to keep birds from flying off with it. The maggots will fall off to the feeders and the carcass will get picked at from the bottom too. Y'all ain't got gators out there so no worries there. You can also put food waste on them, same thing but harder to tie down...
