IM's Not Showing Up

Not able to see them.. Have to go to my profile to retrive them. Pop blocker is off. Anyone have any ideas as to why the are not showing?

Got pop up blocker on your Internet Security software? I know my Norton has one separate from IE.

Reggie is on to something. What anti-virus you running? It's probably a suite of some kind.
Let me know what product you have & which browser you are using & I'll get you detailed info on getting it working. Popups are blocked by default on most all modern browsers and security apps. Exceptions need to be declared...

Why would this problem just occur on a laptop and not the desktop unit?

Best guess without seeing is different apps configured differently on different. We could connect remotely if ya want.

It's all in the popup settings somewhere, need to set exceptions...
