I'd bet on Pike or Musky.

But here's a puzzler...years ago, I caught a LM around 4 lbs in Lk. Sammamish, no pike, no musky, but the top half of the tail was missing. I figure it could have been 1) River Otter, 2) GBH, or 3) Eagle. What's your best guess? I've always wondered.
