My 08 does the same thing sometimes. I'm just used to it I guess. I rarely take turns that slow, so it doesn't really bother me since it runs fine at higher speeds. My prop to pad is 2 1/4".

Do you think maybe because of Skeeter hull design at that slow speed it's just not leaning enough to catch the turning chine on rear corner of sponson?.....and so it's sliding on the pad before catching??

Can you go on Skeeter website and tell them you have the same problem. I already talk to the manufacture rep. He told me he will talk to there hull engineer and will get back to me.Originally Posted by mrdeath
