    Raining

    This is somewhere around 6 or 7 days in a row. I sure wish it would move north and west and put some water in our lakes.

    Tell me about it. In the last 4 weeks we have gotten over 10" at the house.

    We had several area just around us that got over an 1" yesterday, we didn't get a drop.

    I made it perfectly clear that my wishes were that the rain would go west......gimme a break. I don't think Rayburn or Toledo have got a single drop. I was in the boat Sat watching it rain all around in every direction, and not a drop fell where i was. My trees are dying. Never thought I'd see a tree die in ETx from lack of rain.

    Let's just hope it's not another Rita or Ike that catches s up on rainfall. This hot hi-pressure weather is a double edged sword.
