I have been using Sta-Bil marine, but someone told me to use the Johnson/Evinrude 2+4 that it was better for my Fast Strike 150. Any opinions? Is there really much difference? Thanks.

I use marine sta-bil, and seafoam each tank.
BIG BASS
I prefer the startron. The main thing is to stabilize the fuel.
I use sea foam for the carbon and add sta-bil for water if I am not planning on burning the fuel that day.
I have same question, which is the best additive to use for controling the water forming in the gas tank by the E-10 ethanol? I know everyone uses something and that there are a ton of different types out there but I would like to know which one is the best for what I want an that is controling the water in the gas formed from the E-10 in the gas I get.![]()
I have been running the marine Sta-Bil in both my old motor ('01 Merc XR6 150) and my new(er) motor ('02 Rude 225 FICHT). Stuck with the Sta-Bil on reccommendation from my mechanic.
