The head bolts torque to 18 to 20 foot pounds, I don't remember the exhaust plate bolt values.....I just snug them up good with a drip of Loktite before installation.
Thank you very much. The other is the water cover bolt. Would that be the same torque spec as the bolts on the exhaust cover?

The 1/4-20 exhaust and water cover bolts are 5-7 ft lbs or 60-84 in lbs.
