Boat too stern heavy

Hello,
I hope everyone is staying sane during these rough times. I have a question. I have a 15.6 fiberglass boat that has a 60 hp motor, power lift, 12 gallon gas tank, 36v TM, so 4 batteries on the back end. also I am 6’5 340- lbs. I can’t get my boat on plane. If I have my buddy drive and I sit up front if planes out beautifully. But when I go out myself or with another and I drive it won’t get up. For the record, I know, I know I could lose weight or get a bigger boat, , getting a bigger boat is not in the cards right now. Any suggestions other then those two would be greatly appreciated.

Several options.
First is your prop if you’re not hitting the top of your rpm range at full power/trim you have too much wheel and get the right pitch for what you’ve got. A vented four blade is your quickest hole shot choice.
You can get a good amount of help from transom wedges. 5 degrees more negative trim makes a big difference in pushing your bow down and taking off.
If you still need more trim tabs will be a big help. Electrics are nice but even a set of step n trims can be adjusted to fit your needs.

Thanks for the response. Can you use transom wedges with a power lift? I was wondering if I put I hydrofoil on the motor as well, was looking at the SE SPORT 400, but I am not sure if that will help. Also,I had considered moving the TM batteries to the front of the boat? Any thoughts on that? My prop is HU 10-1/2" X 13 (C1-H1-1013) but so far have not been able to find a 4-blade propeller.

Here's a transom shot of my old tunnel skiff, it's all about the holeshot when you're in 8" of water in a back lake. I ran TWO transom wedges on my hydraulic plate, step n trims, a nosebleed powertech four blade prop and we use compression plates on tunnel hulls, not for holeshot but to compress the water out of the tunnel onto the prop. That boat was up and gone in less that 4 feet. Keep adding on until you get the results you want. I finally got what I wanted on that one when I added the second wedge.

Also,I had considered moving the TM batteries to the front of the boat? Any thoughts on that?

This would be my first choice. Easy to see if it helps. Just set them up front without hooking them up. Depending on what batteries you are running 27's are #50 each so that is taking 150 out of the back and moving forward.

Your prop is 90% of your performance, until it's right, nothing will be right. All the other stuff follows the prop.
