How much blue smoke are you blowing out the back and is your prop hub dripping unburned oil? IF none of the above, then your measuring is not accurate. 20:1 is even richer than the old motors of the 1950's that were surrounded by a cloud of blue smoke whenever they ran.

People in my boat have said that it does seem to leave a cloud of smoke when I throutle up / take off. Idling along it seems fine
