    Rolling Blackouts.............

we just lost power for about 15 minutes. Came back on, kicked on the TV and there was "breaking news". Apparently Encore Energy is experiencing a "statewide power emergency" and is conducting rolling blackouts.

No problems here at the ranch...yet. Only problem I have is all the locks are froze up on my gates into the pasture....Luckily I had one dummy locked for the dozer guy and was able to get in to feed the cows that way.

They got me early this morning when I was getting ready for work. I should have just called in sick instead of being a tad late.

Good to know Skip, I need to take them some hay tomorrow. Went by the hay pile to see how much they had left, It was full of pigs. All buried up trying to stay warm. They were so cold they just walked away in front of the truck. 23 in all.
