It's behind the low water pickup screen...remove that with an allen key.

It's on the starboard side behind the screen. 4 mm allen wrench to remove the screen.
Do not over tighten that bolt when reinstalling the screen. It will break the plastic tab that holds the nut. You'll see what I'm talking about when you get it off.
Also, make sure the edges of the screen are flush with the lower unit housing when reinstalling. You might have to "gently" tap on either side to make it seat in place. If not flush, it will drastically drop the water pressure.
Thanks, Guys. I expected it had to be there, but could not fins a reference to it in the service manual and all the on line videos I could find were of the conventional pick up which is totally different.
