What size battery is recommended for a 1990 200Hp Evinrude. Right now I am running a Everstart DP-24 with 550cold cranking amps marine/RV/Trolling battery it checks out as good and charges fine but runs down pretty quick. especially if i run the pumps.
To me bigger is better, but I think the recommended for your engine is 850 CCA.
I got a 1050 CCA DECA. My FICHT needs it.
