    Trim dropping while under power

OX66 engine. I replaced one of the trim pistons that was slowing leaking three years ago. The other one doesn’t have a Noticeable leak. Should I go ahead and replace the piston/ram assembly on the other side or is there something else it could be I need to check first. Under tilt in shop it will stay put forever it seems. But lower it down on the trim pistons and it will slowly drop. Takes a good while for it to do so. Under power you have to constantly adjust trim. Thanks for any replies!

I had issues where my seals were leaking at the piston rods. I replaced the seals only. Leaks not resolved. I ordered new trip caps and two new piston rods. They came from boats.net. It is not cheap but i tried the cheaper route and no fix. With the two new trim caps and piston rods my leaking seals were gone. I think it was about $375 for parts. I got the trim cap tool from marine tech out of SC. One trick i found was to use a small dia. pipe and slide it down onto the trim end cap. Then tilt motor down so the pipe is on top of the tool. It makes it easy and lessens the risk of dinging up the trim cap.
