What Lowrance units support Active immaging

I am looking into getting new or new to me electronics. What units support active immaging x-ducer and what’s the difference between 2in1 and 3in1 ? Both have active immaging?

2-1 is down and side, 3-1 adds 2d sonar as well. Not sure about units, I know live and carbon. Check team collibri site, he has good info.
