I"ve got to replace my trim motor question is how do i release the two wires from the connector located on the powerhead it looks like its 2 pieces but i cant figure out how to get the terminal ends out without cutting them

ok how does it release what ever it has to release
Actually, you take a very thin blade screwdriver and push the retaining hook to the right while holding on to the wire. The new motor should come in with new spade connectors. Match the wire colors up Blue to Blue and Green to Green insert the wires into the connector and have fun.
i thought it was smething like that but my eyesite is so bad i cant see the hook
