here she is, 1988 model, she and I have spent a lot of time together over this acre of ground. Might just take her out of service real soon, pull the deck off and let Pokey use it as a go cart. I had to let her eat one more time since it's so wet from the Hurricane rains we got. I have a new model and just cleaned it up a couple weeks ago but didn't want to get it muddy.

What did you replace it with? I run a little JD X300. A 2009 model, and it's an awesome little mower with that Kawasaki engine!

an X300 (2008 model) and yes it is a sweet machine, after mowing with the old 160 that night I thought damn that thing is loud and hard to maneuver. The new machine does have alot more plastic in it though, like everything else I suppose.

Cool. As long as you half way take care of the x300, you will be fine. I take care of about 15 yards a week, and I have done nothing but sharpen blades since I got it in April 2009. I also push snow in the winter, so I have used it hard, and I have never even had to charge the battery yet. Money well spent
