    Question Ordering from BOATID.com ?

    Anyone order from Boatid.com? Seeing mixed reviews and just kinda worried me.

    ooohhhhhh man i would not. I ordered a flow rite valve for the live well they sent me the wrong one. no problem right ......wrong i call them up they are gonna send me the correct one......so i get the new one and its good......but they tell me to put the incorrect one in the box and return it.....no problem right .......wrong....they say to download the return label in my email but they wont send it to me....then they tell me to take a pic of the original box and email it to them....we called them several times and email several times....they are just crap to deal with....then they send me a contract they want me to sign saying im responsible for all wrong doings...what the hell is that about. and oh yes check this out if i dont send the incorrect valve back in ten days they are gonna charge me for the incorrect one. but they keep stalling on the return label.....I telll them just send it to me and I will put it in the mail asap.....its in the box just waiting for a shipping label to return it. so i had to report my credit card lost so they would not charge me again. dont do it they are not good to deal with. lots of hassles.

    I still have the part sitting in the box ready to go IFFFFF they email me or send me the return shipping label, but they are a bird to deal with. I hope this helps someone. If you get the right part first your good but man o man if there is a hiccup of any kind you will see.

    Dont order from that rip off place. They have several business all in one I made the mistake ordering items from carid took me 6 months to get it worked out. worst place to ever do business with.
