Hey bill I wanted to know if ya had figured out what the dates and what lakes that we are going to fish for the 2010 rallies yet? Is it going be Ivie in March and Big Sam in october?

Same time of year and same place as last year. Fishing was good for most.

It can be cold at the first week of march and the winds can get bad at the middle of march to april. May can gets hot and the hotter it gets to june tilljuly and maybe sometimes in aug. It supposed to get cool down on the last week of aug. So last week of aug to sept can be good months to fish?

Be sure and check with Jerry at Elm Creek about all the dates he's already booked up with on the tournaments. March and April are boogers for tournaments down there. There's the Special Olympics, Bass Busters Invitational, PBOI, WTTT and Media, just to name a few. September is dove season down there and Jerry always books up 100% on dove hunters. He books up full in October, November and December with deer hunters. We had to put our WTTT championship the last weekend in August because of the room availability.

I tried to help u guys with the weather issues and sorry that didn't work out well yall are gunna have to decide if yall wanna fish when its cold... when its hot... when its windy.... or even we might get very luck on getting the right day to fish. what about the bbc members in the south seems all us members want ot fish is ivey or rayburn are we scared to fish chock canyon or amistad? Iam not. but whatever lakes you all pick and what times you pick ill be there.
