horsepower on a johnson ho

How many horsepower is at the prop on Johnson 225 ho carburetor? Was told more than 225 is this true or not, my model is a 1999

Hi there, I have the same motor ... from what I have read the HO offer about another 10% on top of the 225, so it's around the 247 mark give or take.
