    Ficht 150 problem

OK, I have 2005 Evin ficht 150. I really like the motor. The problem I'm having is that when running at wot, the motor seems to loose power and slow down. It acts like its running out of fuel. The length of time it takes to happen can very between 5-20 min. and doesn't happen every time. I've put in new plugs, fuel filter, and check valve in the tank. Didn't seem to help. Any thoughts on this?

The Serial # is 05090090. Wouldn't it throw a light on the dash if it were getting hot?

not always u need to run the motor till it gets to about its running temp then put a infrared temp gun and check both of the head temps they should be around 130 degrees

It sounds like the fuel system needs troubleshooting.

Pressure readings should be taken from the lift pump and the fuel rail at all speeds, plus monitoring a vacuum gauge and clear fuel line at the lift pump intake fitting .

Thanks all for the replies. I did index the plugs. I'll check the bulb for pressure next time I'm out. I have an infared gun and will check the head temp also. Seahorse, what kind of fuel pressure should I be looking for?
    Thanks
