Try a 4#+ catfish caught on a Rat-L-Trap, spinning and driving that treble DEEEEEP! Luckily, I knew what to do and it came out easily. Just slapped a band aid on and kept on fishin'. No scars or anything.

The problem with this is you need to have another set of hands to do this. I guess you could tie the end around something to yank it. If you are fishing by yourself it changes the dynamic quite a bit.
