    Going to lake fork

    Going to lake fork and area with a buddy who is also an avid bass angler we are looking for a guide in the area that is repeatable. We have are own gear with us the only thing is we can't bring are bass rigs we are from southern Ontario and going to be in Texas may 6th to may 10th any input will be appreciated.

    I have used John Tanner (FLW Pro) and Ray Vareen. Both are great guys, but I would give the node to John Tanner....I plan on using him again this year!

    You will have a good time with Shane!

    There are several good guides on Fork all and talk to a few of them and tell them what you expect from the trip and then see which one you get the best vibe from and book with him. You have to have a good time first and then catching fish will come, so make sure you like the guide you hire!
