    You think some East TX lakes are low ...

    Johnny can appreciate this article in today's Abilene Reporter News. Lake Sweetwater is at 5.3% capacity or 35' below the spillway. A few others are that or better as far as low elevations.

    Yep!! Champion and Oak Creek are in very little better shape. EV Spence is 50.94' down, Twin Buttes is at 30.63
