    What about these compression numbers

I am looking at buying a new to me boat and it has a 99 150 johnson on it which is kinda funny as i currently own the same moter on a sprint fish and ski.But anyway i went over today and done a compression test and wanted to see what the gurus thought about the numbers. If you are standing at the back of the motor on the left side top is 110 the one below that is 110 and the next is 100 the other side top is 110 and the next is 115 and 105.It starts up great and seems to run good and looks to be very well maintained. Thanks

Re: What about these compression numbers (thmsfraz)

Looks good to me I would settle for those figures especilly if it runs well .Im sure Champion man or Seahorse will be along soon to confirm this .
