If he is going to work in the downtown, Opry Mills area throw Clarksville into the mix. I live right off exit 11 and can be downtown, at the airport, etc... in about 40-45 mins. The traffic is non existant compared to Brentwood, Gallatin etc... I lived in Gallatin and drove to Brentwood for work for years. I don't miss that traffic.

If he is going to work in Murfreesboro then he should look in that area or Lebanon, come tot hink of it using 840 he can look over in the Brentwood area but just getting out of Brentwood can take 20 mins depending on where you are.

About half my neighbors work in Nashville, the other half are military and like me make the 25-35 min drive to Ft. Campbell.

I hate to leave this area to go back to KY but in this job market we cannot turn down the promotion offered to the Mrs. There are several houses for sale in my area including mine. This area (Sango) is faring a little better than the Nashville area due to Hemlock coming to town and the base being pumped up but it's still much cheaper than Nashville.
