South Holston Lake

I have a buddy getting ready to fish a tournament on South Holston Lake. I was wondering if anyone has been out there recently or if anyone knows what's working right now?

Water temp is still in the mid 40's & with the rain recently it's started to get some color up the lake and the lake levels are rising, but fishing is tough. Most events is taking from 8 to 10lbs to win. Should start picking up in the next couple weeks. Water temps get near 50 the jerkbait & small crankbait bite will pick-up. Most fish are being caught on a float & fly, tightlining, or silver buddies.
