Depends on where you wanna launch. This time of year,the spoils and blue plains are good but you need a D.C fishing liscence and boater safety liscence for the area past the spoils.The wood in the "no wake" of Mattawoman is good and the docks in Occoquan. Further south I'd fish the back of Aquia around the wood banks. Hope this helps some,I haven't been out but this is where I'd start to look.
im going to go out in the rain tomorrow and look for some...who knows might find one or two

There are a few patches here and there, but very sparse and dying now.
